These terms govern your use of Ashwini. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Ashwini is

Ashwini is a personal health-record organiser and information aid. It helps you store, structure, and understand your family’s medical records. It is not a medical device. It is not regulated as a clinical decision-support system. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat.

What you can do

  • Upload medical documents you own or have permission to manage.
  • Add and manage profiles for members of your household.
  • Use AI features for non-clinical organisation and explanation.
  • Export and delete your data at any time.

What you must not do

  • Upload records belonging to people who haven’t given you permission.
  • Use Ashwini to make clinical decisions without confirming with a qualified clinician.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
  • Use it to harm anyone.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance windows are announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for missed appointments, missed doses, or any other outcome that depends on continuous service availability.

Liability

Ashwini is provided as is. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app. Always consult your doctor.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if we have reason to believe an account is being misused or compromised.
